As we pause for Labor Day, I want to wish you a wonderful holiday. I am spending the day unplugged with my own family and friends, taking some much-needed time to recharge, and I hope you are able to enjoy a similar moment of rest.
When we get caught up in the daily grind of data and deadlines, it’s incredibly easy to lose the forest for the trees. Pushing through endless reporting cycles without taking a breath doesn’t just burn us out; it creates serious blind spots in our judgment. Stepping away from the dashboard is the best way to reset your perspective so you can come back to your work with a clear head. Plus, spending time on the things that truly matter in life has a wonderful way of re-centering even the most exhausted among us.
